With the timeshare purchase, you will have at your disposal, during the chosen period, a fully furnished and equipped apartment with parking space and ski box, inside a large and well-equipped Residential Complex in Marilleva 1400, Val di Sole, Trentino.
When using your apartment, you will only need to pay the fee for the final cleaning, calculated according to the current season’s rates.
All other expenses related to your co-ownership share will be included in the annual invoice: general expenses, security and supervision of common areas, ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of both common areas and the apartment itself, elevators, municipal taxes, heating and electricity services, telephone fees, extraordinary condominium and management expenses, seasonal cleaning (initial, windows, curtains, carpets), dedicated Reception service and customer assistance, administrative management, and administrator’s fee.
The swimming pool, gym, entertainment, mini club, bar, and restaurants within the residence are services managed by Hotel Solaria and can be purchased on site during the hotel’s opening periods.

What is meant by Traditional Property?
The Albarè Residential Complex is divided into 7 sectors, which include Hotel Solaria along with all dining, bar, and sports services, as well as a shopping arcade.
The apartments come in various types, with covered parking and ski boxes in a dedicated area. The cable car departs directly from the ski storage area, and the slopes lead directly into the Residential Complex.
The complex is divided into two separate condominiums and a super-condominium for certain common areas.
A centralized system provides thermal and electrical energy as well as hot water, which is then allocated based on the actual consumption of each individual unit. Temperature can be adjusted independently and remotely.
The entire complex is wired with fiber-optic lines and Wi-Fi connectivity, and is equipped with electric car charging stations.
Common services (waste collection, snow removal, cleaning of common areas, lawn mowing, ordinary and extraordinary maintenance, security and supervision, etc.) are managed by the condominium administration, which sends each co-owner the preliminary and final expense reports approved in the assembly.
